In case you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please send a mail to Sabine van der Sanden (sabine.vandersanden@meiragtx.com) and info@dewerelt.nl as soon as possible. For cancellation of your hotel reservation the venue will charge you: 1. 15% of the costs if cancellation took place > 14 days in advance 2. 35% if cancelled 7-13 days in advance 3. 60% if cancelled 3-6 days in advance 4. 80% if cancelled 1-2 days in advance 5. 100% if cancellation took place less than 48 hrs in advance.
